General rental terms

1. Purpose

These general terms govern the vehicle rental offered by Ghazi Rent a Car, an agency located at Carrefour Sakiet Eddaïer (مفترق ساقية الداير), Sfax, Tunisie. Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Booking

A booking request made on the site is only firm after confirmation by our team. A deposit may be required to secure the booking.

3. Driver

The driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence for at least 1 year. Any additional driver must be declared.

4. Duration & rates

Rental duration is counted in 24-hour periods. Displayed rates are in Tunisian dinars (DT), per day, and include basic insurance and unlimited mileage unless stated otherwise.

5. Deposit & insurance

A deposit is required at pick-up and refunded on return subject to the vehicle's condition. An excess remains payable by the renter in case of damage, unless the excess-waiver option is taken.

6. Renter obligations

• Use the vehicle responsibly and comply with the highway code.
• Do not sublet or hand the vehicle to an undeclared third party.
• Immediately report any accident, theft or breakdown.
• Return the vehicle at the agreed date, place and condition.

7. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48h before pick-up.

8. Liability

Ghazi Rent a Car cannot be held liable for items left in the vehicle nor for the consequences of improper use of the vehicle by the renter.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Sfax.
