Rental conditions

At Ghazi Rent a Car, we apply clear conditions with no surprises. Here is the essential to know before booking.

Driver & documents

• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Valid driving licence held for at least 1 year.
• Required documents: Valid driving licence, ID card or passport.

Deposit (security deposit)

A deposit of 500 DT — 2 000 DT is required depending on the vehicle category. It is fully refunded when the vehicle is returned, provided there is no damage and the conditions are met.

Mileage & fuel

• Mileage: unlimited.
• Fuel: Full-to-full: the vehicle is delivered with a fuel level and must be returned at the same level.

Insurance & excess

An excess applies in case of damage. It can be waived with the "Full insurance" option. Basic insurance (comprehensive with excess) is included in every rental.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48h before pick-up.

Payment

Cash, bank card or online deposit depending on the arrangement with the agency.

Pick-up & return

• Delivery and return available at Sfax-Thyna, Tunis-Carthage and Monastir airports.
• Returning to a different location than pick-up may incur fees.
• The vehicle must be returned in the same clean condition as at departure.
